the Village is the first in the series of Appliqué the easier way
We call
it the easier way because there is no need for a shadow box or carbon paper
to transcribe the shapes of the appliqué pieces onto the fusible webbing
There is
even a pre-formatted label to put on the back of your finished Wall Hanging

The title - Maclean the Village - is to do with the heritage of Maclean NSW
with each block featuring a building in the town
All the
buildings
are still in use today
The Maclean
and District Historical Society helped with the information on the postcards
that come with each block package
